ʻŌlelo Noʻeau  are traditional Hawaiian proverbs that convey cultural wisdom, values, and observations about life and nature.
KMR ALAKA'I

Ua (Rain) nourishes Hawaiian forests and recharges aquifers. It falls as mist, showers, or heavy downpour, shaping the land and ecosystems. Rain supports plant life and carves valleys while balancing the connection between land and sea. It helps endemic species adapt to unique moisture conditions and sustains native forest health (USGS, DLNR, Kamehameha Schools Press).
