By purchasing from Kealakekua Mountain Reserve (KMR) and Inspire Graphics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you as the customer and us as the provider.
Physical Products

All physical products (such as prints and paintings) are created with care and attention to quality.

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings.

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Digital and artwork file usage terms
KMR digital images are copyrighted. By purchasing a digital file, you receive a personal-use license.
YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO:

Edit and print on paper, t-shirts, mugs, bags, and other physical media for personal use.

Bring into cutting machines such as Cricut and Silhouette and output there.
YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO:

Sell the printed/cut files or use them commercially without the permission of Kealakekua Mountain Reserve and Inspire Graphics.

Resell files or images, share, or claim any items in the downloaded files as your own.

Modify and resell or display as digital files, claiming them as yours.
Payments & Shipping

Payments are processed securely through Square.

Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is complete.

Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Free US shipping is available for qualifying orders as advertised.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once items leave our studio or by damage received while products are enroute.
